   ECME – Electrical Civil Mechanical Engineering Overview

             ECME is a Local registered Electrical, Civil and Mechanical Engineering Company established in 2009 to provide International Standard with reference to (AS/NZS 3000:2007) Engineering Services within Laos. ECME has provided Electric Services to Mining companies since 2010 without any lost time injures.

           ECME head office is in Vientiane contains office and workshop, general electrical and mechanical maintenance   facilities and supporting fabrication operations.

TRAINING

           The Company employs a high-quality managerial and administrative staff, and their performance is reviewed and assessed annually. As a company we are committed develop the potential of staff and great care is taken to ensure assignment to tasks for which they are suitably qualified and experienced.

QUALITY CONTROL

           ECME has developed and implemented a quality management system complying with Australian Standard. At ECME, we never compromise quality for the price. We have a simple philosophy of getting the job done on time and on budget, while still providing quality service.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

           ECME is committed to providing every employee with a safe place of work, also ensuring we create a safe environment for those contractors or members of the public in the immediate area of our projects. Through ongoing internal and external training, we believe we shall improve our company safety profile to benefit every individual associated with our company.

OPERATION EFFECTIVENESS

           The company has an ongoing program to improve the productivity of operatives on site and following measures most effective in achieving this objective. Its work force is directly employed. The working of excessive hours is discouraged, but high productivity is achieved by operating a production bonus which encourages 100% effort for good rewards, without the decline of standards which can be the consequence of long working hours.
