OSM40-16-800 Recloser

NOJA Power 40.5 kV Rated OSM Recloser

The development is an insulation enhancement to their current OSM38-16-800 product, providing 800 A full load current and 16 kA Peak interrupt in a 40.5 kV insulated package.

Fully compatible with all current NOJA Power RC controls, the OSM40 maintenance and configuration are identical to existing OSM Reclosers.

Our OSM38 16kA 800A recloser was originally type-tested at KEMA using a 40.5kV system voltage for all of the interruption testing.

To upgrade its rating for 40.5kV networks we simply needed to add more creepage distance on the bushings. An additional bushing adaptor has been developed to now provide an OSM40-16-800A-rated product
